JellyPark Digital Stamps - Guest Designer!

I am so excited to be Guest Designer over at the JellyPark Friends Challenge Blog this month. If you haven't heard of this blog or the JellyPark images - head on over to the blog or store now to see the super cute images they have on sale.

I was able to choose 2 images to work with - and choosing just 2 was not easy!

The first image I chose was the typewriter digital stamp:

I paired this with Niki Sivil's 'Messages' collection,
some old embellishments from my stash and a twine bow.

The second image I chose just sums my youngest up perfectly - I just had to have this image! She is just coming up to the teenage years! This image is the teenage girl bedroom stamp:

I used lots of my scraps from Echo Park paper collections and again added a twine bow.

I hope I have inspired you to come check out this month's challenge and digi's from JellyPark. You have until Saturday 3rd January 2015 to show us your cards!
I'll see you over at the challenge!

I am entering the first card into this week's challenge #184 over on
The Paper Shelter blog - metal somewhere.
I am entering the second card into the weekly challenge over on
Delightful Sketches - it's a kids world.

Thanks for looking.

Biggest Fan of the Month - Bugaboo! Theme: STUFFED!

My next guest designer spot at Bugaboo Stamps Catch the Bug blog is STUFFED!

I took a twist on this theme - AGAIN! Instead of the turkey dinner, I took 'stuffed' to mean full/fat/bloated!! I just love this fun image and sentiment - it is called Calorie Creatures

The twist to this week's challenge, is to use ONLY paper scraps/leftovers. If you remember back to my first guest designer challenge - Anything Goes Happy Birthday card - this card was made using the leftovers from that card!
You have a week to complete this challenge - I would love to see you join in!
I hope I have inspired you to create! Check out the Catch the Bug blog for more inspiration from the Bugaboo DT.
Thanks for looking!

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to Bugaboo Stamps for having me as guest designer this month - it's been a blast!

Cute Card Thursday - Stripes

Our theme at Cute Card Thursday this week is 'Stripes'.
As always, we welcome your own interpretation.

As you are now aware, I have joined a group called Postpals, which send cards, letters, small gifts to sick children in the UK.

This year I am joining in with the 'Reindeer scheme'. A Reindeer is someone who is assigned a Pal and their siblings and sends 9 cards during the month of December, one from each reindeer, talking from the reindeers perspective. Here is another one of my cards from a reindeer. This image was a freebie from Pinterest which I paired with Echo Park's 'Winter Wonderland' collection of papers.

We are sponsored this week by Bunny Zoes, a great prize as always!

Biggest Fan of the Month - Bugaboo! Anything Goes Theme.

I am SUPER DUPER excited to have been chosen as Bugaboo's Biggest Fan of the Month. If you read my blog regularly, then you will know that I just LOVE Bugaboo Stamps!

The first challenge this month that I am guest designer for is ANYTHING GOES! This was the hardest challenge of the month for me, as I can never choose which digi I want to use! Anyway, I finally decided in this birthday strip. There is actually 3 images in this strip, but I decided to play about with it in my Silhouette software. I selected one of the images and mirrored it to the right - just something a little different! I then separated the sentiment and rotated it to the left.

The papers are a random selection from Echo Park, finished off with some hand stitching.
You have a week to complete this challenge - I would love to see you join in!
I hope I have inspired you to create! Check out the Catch the Bug blog for more inspiration from the Bugaboo DT.
