Cute Card Thursday - Bugs/Butterflies

Our theme at Cute Card Thursday this week is 'Bugs/Butterflies'. 

As always, we welcome your own interpretation. 

It is Day 1 of June's Digital Stamp Release over at Whimsy Stamps - there are some adorable sentiments, images and papers - go check them out!

I used this digital set called 'Bee-utiful' - I used both the images and sentiments, along with the digital papers.

I enlarged the branch and beehive, and added some of the honeycomb digital stencil on top. I printed this out directly onto one of the digital papers.

I printed the background yellow honeycomb paper out separately, as I always feel that using digital papers can make a card very flat unless you layer it up as you would any other card.

The sentiment was printed onto another of the digital papers, turned into a banner, with some black and white twine.
