I love the MFT challenges every summer, and this year his no exception! I am playing catch up as I was away camping for the first week!
Repetition reinforces a theme within your projects. Switching things up — either by introducing another color or including an unexpected element into a recognizable pattern, keeps the overall look interesting.
I used this adorable bear and bird from the 'Friends Furever' stamp set for my card.
I colored the images using my prismacolor pencils and used my Scan'n Cut to cut them out.
I stamped the sentiment 'we'll be friends furever' using my misti and a grey ink. I wanted the other sentiment to stand out, so used a matching blue ink. All sentiments were stamped from the 'Friends Furever' stamp set.
I added a strip of black and white striped paper from the 'Black & White stripes' 6x6 paper pad.
This panel was then adhered onto a standard A2 white card base.
I am adding this card to the Repetition challenge.
Thanks for looking!
Happy crafting x
