Cute Card Thursday - Anything Goes

Our theme at Cute Card Thursday this week is 'Anything Goes'. 
As always, we welcome your own interpretation. 

Another cute mini book to fill my obsession! This is certainly a mini - measuring only 3.25" x 3.25". I love the Whimsy Stamps digital images because you can resize them to fit any album! This digital image is called 'Penguin Coffee Break'.

I printed out the image on both standard white cardstock and printed pattern paper from Simple Stories. I colored the image using prismacolor pencils and paper pieced the sweater onto him. I then fussy cut him out.

I used a scalloped circle and regular circle die to cut out the background.
