Little Lady!

Woohoo! National Scrapbook Day is tomorrow! Lots of the scrapbook sites I frequent are already posting their challenges! This layout manages to fit into 3 of the challenges.
Scrapbook Steals have started a new series (Turquoise) so I am determined to keep up with them this time! Last time I had 3 days to complete 6 layouts!!! Here is Turquoise #1:
For the first time, I didn't flip it or rotate it - it worked perfectly just as it was :-)
I used the Authentique 'uncommon' paper collection which was the brand challenge over on Paper Secrets.
I also used butterflies, ribbon (woven into the lace), brads and letter stickers which is the current 'fabulous friday' challenge over on Frosted Designs (you had to use 4 out of the 8 items listed).
Here is my layout:
So my daughter LOOKED like a 'little lady', all dressed up prettily for my cousins wedding - but she certainly DIDN'T act it!!!! Walking round holding her dress in the air, food all around her face, slurping her drink!!!! She did look the part for the first 5 minutes anyway! :-)

  1. Wish I could be scrapping too! I love your layout! I have Authentique envy!

  2. Awww this is so pretty...The colors that you have used are gorgeous.

Thank you for joining us at Frosted Designs. I hope that you enjoyed the challenge

  3. Love your layout! I am your newest follower too, would love it if you would stop by and follow along at my blog sometime. Thanks for playing along at Frosted Designs this week!
