Lawn Fawnatics Challenge #25 - Color Inspiration

The latest challenge #25 from Lawn Fawnatics is a color inspiration board.
I love the rainbow colors and decided the 'Beam Me Up' stamp set would be perfect for this challenge!

I colored the images using my prismacolor pencils and die cut them out. I added some white details and wink of stella to some of the aliens.

Having recently watched some Jennifer McGuire YouTube videos, I decided to use one of her ideas, and use my scraps of paper to create a fun rainbow background. I added a vellum strip over the top to dull out the colors a bit, and allow the rainbow colored aliens to stand out.

I stamped the sentiment using stamps from the Beam me Up stamp set. This panel was the stuck onto a white card base.

A super simple card!

  1. Wow, this card is so brilliant! I love the way you used the paper scraps to make that awesome background! And of course the cute aliens are colored so perfectly! Thanks for celebrating our birthday with us at Lawn Fawnatics!

  2. I hadn't really been into this set, but your take on it is so much fun! I love just the aliens together on one card. For some reason, I always forget that I can stamp multiple of the same image to use on a card. Weird quirk I guess! Love this!
