Bella Blvd & Colorful Creations!
Another challenge over at Bella Blvd was to use border strips. I used the border strips (from the 'hello Beautiful!' line) in the traditional way and also cut up the border strips to make the banner. I used the Guest designer sketch from Colorful Creations:
