Cute Card Thursday - Sentimental

Our theme at Cute Card Thursday this week is 'Sentimental'. 
As always, we welcome your own interpretation. 

I used the adorable 'Eleanor' digital image from Whimsy Stamps.

I printed this image onto white cardstock and colored her in with my prismacolor pencils. I then fussy cut her out.

I used papers from Fancy pants 'winterland' 6x6 paper pad and added some gold strip stickers.

The sentiment was stamped using Whimsy Stamps 'penguin holiday squares' clear stamp set and VersaFine CLAIR Nocturne (black) ink.

This was all adhered onto a standard A2 white card base.

Cute Card Thursday - Dies & Punches

Our theme at Cute Card Thursday this week is 'Dies and Punches'. 
As always, we welcome your own interpretation. 

I used another animal die set this week from My Favorite Things - Puppy Love.

I used cardstock from my stash to cut out the puppy pieces and glued them together.

I used dog themed papers from my stash to create the background, adding some baker's twine in a coordinating brown.

The sentiment was stamped using My Favorite Things

 Canine Companions stamp set. I fussy cut this into a banner shape and added it to the card panel.

This was all adhered onto a standard A2 kraft card base.

Cute Card Thursday - Autumn

Our theme at Cute Card Thursday this week is 'Autumn'. 
As always, we welcome your own interpretation. 

I love the adorable animal die sets from My Favorite Things and this Racoon Cutie worked perfectly for a fall themed card.

I used cardstock from my stash to die cut the raccoon and glued it all together. It is super easy to make using these dies as there are impressions left by the die to show you where to place the other pieces. I finished the raccoon off by adding enamel dots for his eyes.

I used Autumn papers from my stash of Echo Park collections. The sentiment is from one of the coordinating sticker sheets. I adhered it all onto a standard A2 white card base, popping up the raccoon head with pop dots.

Whimsy Stamps September Digital Stamp Release

It is the start of the new Whimsy Stamps digital release for August - another awesome release!

I used the awesome 'Starla' mage by CC Designs, available from the Whimsy Store.

I printed the image onto white cardstock and used my prismacolor pencils to color her in. I then fussy cut her out.

I wanted to make this card look like a comic book page - the Peekaboo Window 2 die was perfect for this. I cut out the panel from white cardstock and adhered it onto a background using paper from Echo Park's Super Hero Mini Theme kit. I fussy cut the word bubbles from one of the papers in this collection and adhered these on top.

I popped Starla up on pop dots and then adhered the whole panel onto a standard A2 white card base.

I used the adorable 'Bobby's Halloween' image, available from the Whimsy Store.

I printed the image onto white cardstock and used my prismacolor pencils to color him in. I then fussy cut him out. 

I used a variety of Halloween papers from my stash to create the card background. The sentiment was a cut apart from one of the papers.

I finished the card off with some purple bakers twine and adhered it all to a black standard A2 card base.

Whimsy Stamps September Digital Stamp Release

It is the start of the new Whimsy Stamps digital release for September - another awesome release!

I used the fun 'Flash' image by CC Designs, available from the Whimsy Store.

I printed the image onto white cardstock and used my prismacolor pencils to color him in. 

I used a variety of papers from Echo Park's Imagine That (boy) collection. I used one of the 3x4 cut aparts from the collection, and die cut it using Whimsy Stamps Notched rectangle die set. 

I hand cut some banner pieces from the cardstock and adhered it all onto a dark grey mat and then onto a standard A2 white card base.
