Cute Card Thursday - Celebrate

Our theme at Cute Card Thursday this week is 'Celebrate' 
As always, we welcome your own interpretation. 

I used the gorgeous 'Prosecco Time' digital stamp from All Dressed Up.

I printed out the image and colored her in with my Spectrum Noir Tri-blend markers. I used Queen & Co's Foundations 3 die set to cut out the image panel.

I used Simon Says Stamp Frames and Dies set to cut out the thin grey frame.

i adhered the frame onto a standard A2 pink card base and popped up the image panel on foam tape.
