Cute Card Thursday - Party

Our theme at Cute Card Thursday this week is 'Party'. 
As always, we welcome your own interpretation. 

I just love all of the cute digital stamps from Rachelle Anne Miller designs. I used the Animal Parade digital stamp for this card.

I printed out the image and colored it in with my Spectrum Noir Tri-blend markers. 

I stamped the sentiment using Photoplay's Say it With Stamps - Friend stamp set.

I cut out the panel and adhered it to some blue cardstock from my stash.

I then adhered it all onto a standard A2 white card base.
